Once you're ready to list we will review  the comparative market analysis  for your area one last time to confirm listing price. Signs will go up, open house will be scheduled moving closer to a "SOLD" sign in your yard.

I will provide a customized plan for getting your home ready for photos and listing. While you are working to get those items completed I will be scheduling photos, prepping and finalizing marketing materials.
